Results

The main results of the MARCE project could be summarised in the development of a Spatial Decision Support System that will integrate the results of all the calculations and modelling performed within the river network domain (at the end of text).

Here we include 6 power point presentations that summarise the main results of the MARCE project:

  1. The development of synthetic river networks and digital applications (pdf).
  2. Hydrological classifications and hydrological index modelling (pdf).
  3. Modelling physical habitat characteristics (pdf).
  4. Water quality modelling (pdf).
  5. Effects of human activities on invertebrate and fish communities (pdf).
  6. Digital applications developed for the MARCE project (pdf).

Following, we show some of the main results achieved within the life of this project that have been presented in international conferences or published in SCI journals.
